Yeah, I'll pass on the free salmonella. I could just lick some of the raw chicken at the supermarket if I wanted that.

Buy the chicken and take it home before you lick it, you heathen!

Then it's not free.

How many people got sick?

Out of how many millions of customers served?
Actually, a LOT. Dozens, on more than one occasion. In different regions of the nation. Considered some of the worst such outbreaks in recent history. It's not just a couple isolated incidents, it's been a half year or longer cluster #### of making people sick.

I think like 90 fell ill not long ago in Cambridge, alone.

Yeah, I'll still take those odds.

I'd take them too, over say Russian Roulette.

Not over going to any number of chains / establishments who do not have a recent record of numerous public illness outbreaks linked directly to their food. Food that gives you the runs half the time on a GOOD day, at that.

Sick employees I was reading earlier. The company meeting was to let them know they will be sent home if sick.

To eat fairly crappy food? Why?

Dirt balls from Third World countries not washing their ### and then returning to the food line would be my best guess.

I remember them hanging a sign at their establishments saying the carnitas were not being served while they look for a good source of pork that is more environmentally sound.

It seemed like a pretty long while...then they were serving pork again...not too long after, you hear about these e.coli instances.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's where it came from...
