Forget it, Jake, it's Middletown.
In all seriousness, I've written about Middletown, CT a bunch on these boards and the judge's leniency does not surprise me. Place has a huge homeless population that aggressively panhandles, does drugs, ####es themselves in public, runs into bars, harrasses the citizens, etc. And it's all indicative of the legislative and judicial laxity of the town. It's Wesleyan brought to life.
