I'd say that's a great trade b/c I have a really hard time picking a side that I'd rather have.

I would (ever so slightly) lean towards the Halladay side. Hard to go wrong when you end up with the best pitcher in baseball, the best 20 year old in baseball as a keeper, and a 30-20 OFer also as a keeper.
