Mauer is having leg issues and hasnt' been doing much anyway. Is there anyone on the September call-up horizon who could add a playoff pick-me for fantasy?

Is Jason Kendall on your waiver wire?
He has picked it up a bit since coming to Chicago.
He hasn't been great, but he's been okay.

I actually signed Kendall yesterday.
My league is a 3 man, 3 year, 14 team keeper, so I basically had 2 possible years left on Mauer's contract and yesterday was our trading deadline. I traded him
for Oswalt(because I had Hamels who had went down) and then in turn flipped JJ Hardy for Kenji Johjima (sp). Oswalt is definately worthy of keeper consideration, but I probably wouldn't keep him or keep Mauer, and Hardy was a bench luxury. I was in win now mode and we'll see what comes. I don't see Mauer coming out and hitting .350 in september, so I'm guessing it was a good gamble.

Mike Napoli is coming off the DL this weekend.

And Mike Redmond actually did pretty well filling in for Mauer when he was out.
