On the totally baseless rumor front I saw a blurb on ESPN this Monday AM (Mike n MIKE etc) that said "Brooking changing positions?" or something to that effect -

I missed the actual show portion, did anyone see this and was there any truth to it or is it just more offseason speculation?

Synopsis:

More than likely Brooking stays in the middle with Nicholas at WLB and Boley at SLB.

Early talk was they wanted Brooking at WLB but he's the only MLB they have

A: I told him he needs to get me about two or three 350-pounders, put them in front of me and coach them to grab the guys in front of them and let me run [he laughs].
