I went 5 pages deep in our Shark Pool and see nothing on Maroney.

I now getting info outta N.E. is like getting teeth pulled without pain killers!

The last report I read was that Maroney practiced but is still questionable for Sundays game.

What have the local reporters said today on the radio in N.E.????

Solid advice. Mortenson on ESPN will have the down low. BTW, Yudkin is not just someone; he's got solid (proven track record) inside info (check the thread history).

The general consensus around here is that if Maroney plays at all he will be limited. Local paper and radio have said that Maroney was limited in practice. We have heard whispers all week that Maroney isn't any better than he was at this time last week.As a N.E. homer (and Maroney owner) I hope Maroney can go, but my gut (i have no hard information) tells me that he will sit or be very limited this week.

My experience over the last couple of years is that Yudkin's Pat information is just as good and reliable as anyone else working for the four letter network or a national broadcast company. In the terms of the most basic what have you done for me lately...the information he had last week regarding Maroney was about 48 hours ahead of national coverage and balls on accurate, which includes Mort.

I see no reason to doubt what he has posted this week either.

If he doesn't play this week what's his outlook in the coming weeks. I know groin problems can linger. Reason I ask is I just picked up Selvin Young but a guy has dropped Maroney and he's on the WW. It's a money league at work and some of the guys aren't real fantasy savvy. I have good rb's now but will stash Maroney in hopes his injury doesn't keep out a long time. Anyone have an opinion on his prognosis?

What's the current thinking on Maroney? Is this rest going to mean he get past the groin and shoulder issues and comes on strong down the stretch? Or did the Maroney fantasy season end last week (if not earlier) when Morris went off while Maroney sat?

Gotta admit Sammy has looked pretty good, but I just can't believe the Pats with Super Bowl aspirations are going to try to get there with Sammy Freakin' Morris.
