in the Bills first preseason game, they had 3 kickoff returns and McGee took the first one of the night for 34 yards. the other 2 went to Shaud Williams who didn't do nearly as well and will probably have a tough time making the team.

McGee is certainly valuable as their most experienced CB...but he's not impossible to replace or anything. He's also pretty clearly their best kickoff returner and one of the best in the league. On a team that places a very high value on special teams (ST coordinator Bobby April is the asst head coach, Marv Levy had a strong background in coaching special teams, etc.), I really think they will let McGee keep returning kicks as long as he stays healthy. It gives the team the best chance to win, IMO.
