Any word on Marvin Harrison (1 Viewer)

Anyone see/hear any news since he was deactivated prior to kickoff this week?

I'm in a playoff league, and wondering whether or not he will be playable/draftable.

It's a slow draft, round 7. He'd be my third WR. Only problem in this league is that there are NO ROSTER MOVES allowed. So I couldn't replace him with anyone after the draft.

On Tuesday, I did a 10-team, locked-roster draft for the playoffs.

Someone took Marvin in the third round (22nd overall). I'm a Colts fan, but even I thought that was too risky for taking Marv.

For the record, I selected A.Gonzalez in the fourth round (34th overall). It's 10-man lineups with a flex each week, no ppr.

Indy homer here. The Colts have been very tight-lipped regarding Harrison for a LONG time. You'd think after all this time that the local media would be champing at the bit to release something. Or at least complaining about not being fed any information. Hasn't happened. Very odd, I think. I'd be very leery about Harrison at this point.

Colts are going to sit Him out until Sept. they want to make sure He's well rested. :kicksrock:
maybe the Patriots should do the same thing with your "Stud" Maroney?
Laugh all you want about Maroney, but he was the #3 RB over the last 3 weeks of the season.
I'm laughing now in that you find a 3 week sample size to brag about!
He was 9th in the past 6 games (and 5th of the playoff RBs in that time). I'm not saying that he will do gangbusters, but he's not a terrible option in a playoff league. Granted, there are several other Pats I'd want over him, but in a draft style playoff contest he's a pretty decent option given that the Pats are favored to play a fair amount of games.

it's all about getting hot at the right time. only a complete moron would ignore maroney in playoff drafts just because he had a rough first 13 weeks.

Who the hell mentioned anything about ignoring him for a playoff contest?

Why? So the Colts can come within 20 points when the two play. Thanks, but no thanks. Pats want to run up the score. Thank you very much.

NE did we the game the last time I looked. Thats all that counts.Until NE kills the Colts in the AFC championship game.

Maroney, Im feelin' the love. I really am. Let's handle it the right way. Stay humble. Sounds like a tall order here at the moment. But reel it in a bit. Everyone knows your favorite team is good. This is a Marvin Harrison thread. Let's show some respect.

Colts GM Bill Polian says Marvin Harrison's progress from his knee injury has been "good" and expects Harrison to play in the Divisional Round.

Impact: Harrison practiced on Wednesday and figures to do the same Thursday. "Right now, we're kind of looking in a very positive direction," Polian said.

You just keep smilin' and sippin' kool-aid and things are gonna be just fine.

Assuming that what's being reported is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth (which I don't, but that's another story), are people really thinking that someone that has played only a couple of snaps in 3 months can waltz in and be 100% at full stride and in sync?
