So nobody then?  PLasma seems to run around 40 a pop on average.  Swimmers anywhere from 30-150 depending on a lot of factors.  I read somewhere that bone marrow is illegal to sell right now, but they are trying to change that, and it could be several hundred bucks per donation when that occurs. 

Anything else?  Medical trials?  Anyone get paid to be a lab rat?

Yep, I sold plasma every Friday afternoon during college (1974-78) for weekend beer money!  Did this with a group of 3 or 4 other guys at $10 bucks a pop and we had $30-$0 bucks which was good for a couple of cases of beer, a little smoke, and some fast food.  Good times.

I did that in college also.  Sit there, study for an hour whilst the blood cycles, get paid.  In 2001 it was like 30 bucks a pop.
