Anyone going with Vrabel or Joey Porter... (1 Viewer)

Curious on these 2 guys...my only hesitation is their low rankings.

My LBs suck but Vrabel has been a bright spot. On the field in a lot of their packages. Effective rushing the passer or dropping into coverage. Seems like he's stepping up with Bruschi and Johnson gone.

Vrabel is LB #23 in my league right now. Is this just a blip, or do you think he can become a consistant scorer this year? Haven't started him yet, but it's starting to look like this FA will soon be a starter.

He's #6 in my league but I don't think you can depend on big plays from him every week (sack in week 1, INT for a TD in week 2). His tackle numbers don't compare well with the other top LBs (7 solo and 1 assist). He's lining up at SLB a lot, too. But the Pats are moving him around a lot and he seems to get some chances at big plays.I figure he'll be about where he was last year. 50-60 tackles with 5-8 sacks. Don't forget he also had 2 TD receptions last year. He is an option in the Pats' goalline package.
