Carolina Panthers QB Vinny Testaverde (Achilles') did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 2. He is questionable to be active for Week 9. He will be the primary backup if he can walk. He is currently walking in a boot. QB Matt Moore could be the backup if Testaverde is not able to walk.
