What's with the deimal? You don't really count that way do you? Are you a Euro or something? And why is she so small? Did she breastfeed? How long?BTW, a two-year-old is free, no seat though.

she's just over 2, i thought the cut off might be 2, like it is for flying. she's normal sized, just petite, 45-55 percentile. & can still be mistaken for under 2 years old. & she had 6 months on the ###, never lost an ounce once we left the hospital. my wife is crazy proud of that for some reason.
