Advocare Spark has been a game changer for me getting off of soda. I feel alert for much longer with the stuff and they now have it down to 15 calories per serving. Advocare is one of those MLM pyramid style companies which I despise.. But I swear by this stuff. Good luck yokel.

since we're all here talking about how much we like coffee, anybody have a favorite coffee they buy online (amazon etc). i'm not a huge fan of any of the stuff offered in the grocery stores. i've bought this before and it was solid.

in before Jack White recommends bulletproof coffee.

It does the trick for sure but that stuff is supposedly terrible for you.
