I haven't seen any of the games, I keep up with them on my ESPN app. How is McNabb doing as QB? His stats look pretty solid, but numbers can be deceiving. I did not expect them to be 0-4. Nor did I expect the Eagles to be 1-3 . Or the Lions to be 4-0.

What the hell happening this season?

I pitched a lot of fastpitch in my day and keeping the ball at or below the batters knees worked well in that game but throwing a football at your receiver's knees doesn't work but McNabb must think its the right approach.

Yes. The only peices they have on offense are Harvin & AP. The o-line and receiving corps are awful.

The defensive front four is okay but the linebackers aren't making many plays. And the secondary - particularly the safeties - is really bad.

And the coaching staff is outmatched.

Other than that, everything's peachy.

McNabb is living on short crossing routes, his accuracy has been off an on. Vikings WRs can't get open with any consistency and Berrian has no business starting. Harvin is inexplicably absent for long stretches. They don't seem to trust AD in important short yardage situations or to put the game away late. The o-line struggles in both pass and run blocking. Defensively their pass rush and run D has been great, but they're being shredded through the air. Play calling has been questionable in critical game situations. They're really bad.

That would suck. They need to get Ponder in there ASAP. I like the rivalry the Packers and Viking have had over the years going back to the Chris Doleman and John Randle days.

Thanks Sabertooth and I agree. I mean we hate each other twice a year during Vikes-Pack week, but even then banter isn't too over the top or personal. Our fans live and work together and we share much of the same personal identity and experience. Even when one team is on a tear and the other isn't we don't always like it, but we have a respect for the other team. Heck for a lot of Packer fans that are far down the list for season tickets, MN presents one of the best opportunities to see their team live.(they'll really take over the dome this year ) Even the most diehard fans would hate to see the Packers or Vikings move. At least packer fans only have to worry about loosing a good rival. I don't know if I could ever watch the NFL again if the Vikes move.

We knew going into this season that it wasn't going to be a great year, but this is far worse than I imagined. Not a good thing for a team trying to get a new stadium whose lease runs out this year.

The coaching is simply terrible. AP doesnt get the ball enough, and they sit there best player outside of AP way to much. Percy should be an impact player, yet they limit him to being a part time player some weeks, makes no sense whatsoever.

Peterson isn't going anywhere. They'd take too big of a hit if they traded him. However, it is time to unload Jared Allen and Kevin WIlliams while they can still get first rounders for them. The Vikings are 3 years, minimum, away from real playoff contention. Those guys only have 3 or 4 good years left. It seems too logical for it to happen though.

I know that one D-bag from the STrib had Allen on the list of players on the backend of their prime. I still think he has more then a few years of high production. maybe my man crush is clouding my vision, but he's exactly the kind of guy I want on my team on the field, in the locker room, and in the community.
