So while I have no sympathy for Foster at all, I don't have a ton for her either, just because while what she says COULD be true, the odds of it don't seem too good. The only thing I know for sure she said, I don't believe. Did Foster ask her to get an abortion? Don't doubt that at all. Did he strongly insist she have one? Again, no shock there. But that's not illegal. Now if he threatened her, or had others threaten her, that's a different story. If it happened, yeah, that's something that's over the line for sure. But did it? What were the circumstances? As you say, we don't know. But what we DO know doesn't look good for her. So I'll save my sympathy for hungry kids rather than some college chick banging married training camp athletes then selling pictures of them and suing them after getting pregnant.
Based on the news I've read, these are the only quotes I can find of Arian or his family harassing her:
"He's like, 'You can't have this, you can't have this kid, like, we cannot bring a child into this, like, think about my kids,'" (Foster)
"You just can't bring a life into this world under these circumstances. It's not fair to anyone. It's not just about you." (Foster)
"You know, if you loved Arian at all you would have an abortion because this child is going to ruin everything. . . . Like, our whole family will never accept this child." (Foster's brother)
While I can understand how a pregnant women (whether a gold-digger or not) would want to hear these things, in my mind, they don't constitute harassment.
