The worst rule in football is after a false start penalty the clock runs unless it's inside 5 minutes left so right here Carolina was able to milk an extra 23 seconds off the clock because of a penalty on them which doesn't make any sense. In the 4th quarter that should not happen if you have a false start the clock should stay stopped.
