Arizona Cardinals season tickets (1 Viewer)

The past few years I've been a loyal Sunday Ticket fan, but with the agressive moves that Denny Green is making, I'm becoming a believer in the Big Red and have decided I will spend my football allowance to actually attend games and breathe some hot desert air.Should I call for a refund and just keep the Sunday ticket, or will going to the games reignite my love for football that all of those hours of watching the Yahoo stattracker every Sunday have taken away?

You'll have plenty of room in the bleachers to stretch out and enjoy the games. As a current season ticket holder do you get dibs on future season tickets at the new stadium? I'm sure that has some value as it will probably sell out at least the first couple seasons based purely on curiousity of a brand new stadium.

no, support your team.will be even better when they have success, and you see all the bandwagon fans waiting in 10-hour lines to buy the 500 extra playoff tickets made available...while your tickets came in the mail a week earlier.Trust me on this.

The closest pro-football team to me is 3.5 hours away. If I had one even half that distance, I'd buy season tickets. So, no, you aren't crazy. You ARE indeed fortunate to have this as a realistic option.COlin

Deinitely keep those tickets! And good for you! Besides, the new stadium should be a really enjoyable place to be.The only downside is that your money is going to the f***ing Bidwells.

Being a Bengals fan and living in NJ I couldn't exactly get season ticktes. But, following a 2-14 season in 2002, I decided to treat myself to a 2-game plan and make the trips out there inspired by the hiring of Marvin Lewis and the moves he was making. They had a big 6-game improvement, winning both games I went to with Rudi running for over 140 yards in each. On top of that, since my friend wimped out on the trip to game 2, I traded my 2-mid level seats for a seat 5-rows off the field on game day. After the game I went down to row 1 and a bunch of us called over to Chad Johnson and after some coaxing he came over and gave us all high-fives on his way back to the locker room (this was after the notorious "NFL Please Don't Fine Me Again" Sign game). Definitely an awesome memory and an overall great experience gathering with so many other Bengals fans. To top it off, if they had won the division that year I would have been able to easily order up playoff tickets for any home games. So if you've got the ca$h it'll be totally worth it to go out and support your team  -QG

Watchin' football sittin' on the couch or outside in 70-80 degree beautiful weather, in a new stadium, with plenty of gorgeous women to gawk at if the Cards play lame, ice cold beer (hmmmm, beer... :banned: ), DID I FORGET ANYTHING?!

GET YOUR ### IN A RED JERSEY AND ENJOY LIFE!!

Good for you azgroover! I'd love to have season tix to the Cards. You can never go wrong with eight live NFL games a years. Especially for a team on the rise.

This sux if you ask me - given the small number of NFL games that's taking a lot away - the equivalent of 10 games in Major League baseball! What's next, moving a Giants game to Naples since many folks in the area are of Italian descent? Guess this is the favor the fans of Arizona get for hosting the Chargers on such short notice during the wild fires a couple years back :( -QG

I'm kinda glad as it lets me avoid having to pay to see the 49ers, yet keep my seating priority for the new stadium. Its a great move in my opinion.

ditto.according to yahoo maps:

denver - 710.5 miles

seattle - 668.3 miles

minneapolis - 995.1 miles

sucks to be me.

on the upside, college football isnt that bad and the tickets are much cheaper.

Watching games in Tempe sucks, metal bleachers, 120 degrees in the shade, and your not in the shade. You have to be a pretty big cardfan to go to games imo (untill the next stadium is done)

Hopefully your seat isn't next to Brenda Warner's!!

Well guys, I just received my tickets yesterday and they even threw-in some goodies such as...*Receive a free Cardinals Seat Cushion at one of three games*A coupon like a credit card which entitles me to 20% off of Cardinals merchandise at Sun Devil Stadium or team HQ*Priority choice for seats at the new stadium in GlendaleI was pretty disappointed in the picture on the tickets. All season tickets I've ever seen for other sports always have some cool photos on the ticket for each game. These tix all have the same picture of the new logo and the phrase "The Bird is Back"...honestly, when was the bird ever "there?"All-in-all, I'm pretty excited. As I mentioned, I did drop the Sunday Ticket this year in favor of going this route, so I hope they give me reason to renew next year. The first game is in 9 days vs. Dallas.

That's pretty weak for the Cards tickets just displaying a Bird. I just got my Charger Season Tickets yesterday and they really decked them out this year. Each ticket has a glossy photo of a player (Brees, LT, Foley, Edwards, etc) with their autograph (superimposed). On every ticket the guy is wearing the regular home jersey except for Gates, he has the baby blue throwback jersey (Oct 10th Mon Night vs Pittsburgh). Good to see you are supporting your local team when times aren't the best. Last year I convinced some friends to join me as season ticket holders (Bolts were 4-12) I think the Chargers had about 35,000 season ticket base. An AFC West Title and now you got 50,000+ Season Ticket holders and only upper view available. Looks like you are getting in when the getting is good.

Yeah, one of the reasons we (my buddy and I) thought it was a good idea to take the plunge this year was because since the Cards usually average 30,000 per home game, we wanted to score great seats in the event that going to Cardinals games becomes "cool" (a la the Suns) when they move into the dome...hopefully, with a good team. Also, we went to the Bucs game last year and had a great time. You can't beat baking in the sun with a giant cup of beer that cost $7 ($5 refill if you bring the cup back).
