Arizona should cut Lindley and Skelton (1 Viewer)

these guys both suck, but they both get paid peanuts, so I doubt there's any urgency to cut them.

I suppose they just try to pick up another in the draft.

Besides cutting two young borderline NFL QBs, what productive could you do as Arizona GM? They need to rebuild the entire Oline. Can they afford to do that? Would you trade Fitz or other veteran players?

I think you look at what sf did in the draft to rebuild their o-line, and try to figure out a qb.if they could generate a running game, and get an alex smith type performance, I think they could be competitive.when people talk about the pats they always talk about brady, welker, gronk, etc, but they've been very cognizant of maintaining their o-line.as good as fitz is, he's on the books for about 15m/yr, which is kind of steep for a wr -- I'd have to think there'd be very limited trading partners.

Ridiculously dumb thread.
Looks like Whiz thinks otherwise.
I read on twitter that Whiz was asked by someone in the post game presser who their starting QB would be next week. He asked the questioner 'Do you play?' :lmao:
At least you realized it though.
I don't believe AZ will cut either of them during the season. The team's issues are much deeper than a rookie QB thrust into starting way too soon and another one who's started and won games for them, but isn't their long-term answer at the position. What Whiz said was pretty funny. At least to me.

I believe Arizona would be competitive right now if Kolb were healthy and they had an above average o-line. They need some bodies up front, asap. That has to be priority number 1, 2, and 3.

The teams issues start at QB, then the OL. Both are huge problems and have caused what was once a strong defense to completely collapse. A street free agent might offer a glimmer of hope for the future, you never know. Whatever the answer, one of these two guys are not it. They're playing for 2013, so may as well start throwing darts and see what sticks.
