Arnaz Battle or Ronald Curry who has the better year! (1 Viewer)

I think Battle is extremely underrated. I'm not sure how many TDs he'll get, but I expect him to get around 60 receptions this year, which is solid WR3 value for a PPR league. If DJax misses time, his value will get a huge boost.

Wow, nice question. Two former college QBs turned WR based on athletic ability playing for bay area teams.

Battle has the better team (questionably), but Curry is more decorated. Battle is injury prone, but Curry is a major injury magnet. Both are big and physical with good instincts and hands (Curry has better hands).

I'll take Curry b/c his injuries are freak, while Battle's are more routine, and b/c Curry is an ELITE player sans the achilles, while Battle is a good player sans the injuries.

Go for the upside, dude.

And, btw, nice stealth ACF post. I like answering this type vs. the blatant WDIS.

I considered drafting Battle as my WR3. My problem was what has changed since last season? The only thing I could come up with was another year of experience for Battle and Smith. If that is it - why are people talking about Battle? In my 12 team league he was a waiver wire guy all of last season. I don't expect the difference between D-Jax & Bryant to matter that much when it comes to Battle.

In Curry's case, if he is finally healthy I like him much more. The key is - can he stay helathy? So far, the answer has been no.
