Arrest warrant issued for Brian Laundrie: *** Official manhunt time *** (1 Viewer)

Today I learned that not everyone knew what a red beer was.  At least that is what they are called around here.  Popular with older people especially ladies from what I've noticed.

There's also the orange beer for breakfast.  :oldunsure:

Every time I see this bumped I think- maybe there's some news this time. But then have to wear out my thumb scrolling past GG posts to find that, no.
You’re lucky to even have thumbs with which to scroll.

I also think GG believes Laundrie is reading too, and he’ll give himself up just to curtail the apocalyptic machismo.

Do they have anything to do with dots?

I hear we might have a body...

edit to add - articles of clothing...the hunt is on!

Steven Bertolino, who represents the Laundrie family, confirmed to Fox News Digital that the Laundries informed law enforcement last night of their intentions to search the park and met officers there. Bertolino confirmed that while searching areas that Brian frequented, "some articles belonging to Brian were found

Wut?

Or maybe the parents honor-killed him themselves for disgracing the family, left his body where they knew gators would eat him, then returned there sufficiently later to know the evidence would be long-since digested.
I like this theory

either way, it’s not a coincidence that they decided today was the day to look…

Or maybe they cut off one of his legs or something, left it laying around the park with a bunch of his stuff, and then the assumption would be the gators ate the rest of the guy.

Closes the case and Laundrie gets to hop off into the sunset, never to be seen again.

If that is the case, he better hope he doesn't run into trouble with his bookie again and they take a baseball bat to his good knee.

i haven't seen law enforcement make official announcement about human remains yet

@BrianEntin: FBI update:
Items of interest were located at the Carlton Reserve this morning in connection with the search for Brian Laundrie.  An #FBI Evidence Response team is processing the scene. The reserve is closed to the public and no further details are available at this time.

News seems to be saying this area of the reserve was completely underwater for the prior month.  Also warrants mentioning his parents led authorities right to this spot more or less, wonder if we can stop messing with them yet?

Also, dog the bounty hunter was there early on.

There's a twist.  Dog killed him where he found him...

Based on this post and a few others you made in thread, I see you really the parents are being treated unfairly in all of this.

Do you really think they don't anything that's not out there already? Anything?

I mean, they went camping with Brian after he came home without Gabby. You don't think they had some conservations about Gabby that the parents are keeping to themselves?

Oh boy

Human remains found during Brian Laundrie search. Medical examiner called to scene.

https://www.wfla.com/news/sarasota-county/brian-laundrie-police-block-entrance-of-myakkahatchee-creek-environmental-park-again-as-search-continues/

Law enforcement officials say “what appears to be partial human remains” were found in an area that was previously underwater

The FBI and North Port Police Department met the parents, Chris and Robert Laundrie, at the park Wednesday morning.

“After a brief search off a trail that Brian frequented some articles belonging to Brian were found,” Bertolino said

The FBI Tampa office tweeted about the “items of interest” shortly after 2 p.m. They said an FBI Evidence Response Team was called out to process the scene.

In addition to the medical examiner’s office, FBI team and North Port Police Department, a mobile command unit from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office was also seen pulling up to the search area Wednesday.

I think it's stupid that people are camping out in front of their home, putting laundry baskets full of literal #### on their porch. And generally harassing them for a month on end.

There's no evidence they had any knowledge that could have helped find him sooner, nor did they have any idea what had happened until it was too late to question it.  From my POV they cooperated as much as you'd expect and there's zero to say they helped him flee or prevented his capture.

It's a dumb tangent in a tragic story.

Does anyone else find it weird that his parents happen to know his favorite trails in a massive reserve?

My parents wouldn't know what state to look in, let alone a particular trail.

Another unpopular take - if they really did find human remains and they're Brian Laundrie, then he did the authorities a favor.

Sure, they could convict him on credit fraud charges but IMO I think he might have skated on murder charges(barring a confession).

The only murder weapon was somebody's hands. She might have had his DNA under her fingernails but could he pass that off as rough sex? Any defensive wounds he had would have probably healed.

Yes, he killed her but could you prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

That other killer in the park at that time would have made a hell of a defense.

I don't think there's a jury out there that wouldn't find him guilty, IMO. History of abuse in the relationship (maybe from both parties), his sketchy behavior, lawyering up, going on the run,, etc...just the whole story screams he did it, and I doubt they could convince a jury that he didnt.

Definitely agree that people camping out in front of their house isn't cool.

However, based on what we know, I do believe Brian told them at least something about what happened with Gabby that they aren't releasing.
