At What Price The Sandwich? (Rubeun Droughns) (1 Viewer)

As a follow-up thread to the above Jacobs v. Rebeun split carries post above.

What do you think Rubuen's value is worth this year in a dynasty league to the Jacobs owner and in what round do you see him being taken in a redraft league.

Thinking strongly about trading a draft pick in our rookie draft to the Droughns owner in my league (I have Jacobs). What round should I offer? I'm picking 9 of 12 each round.

Opinions?

Jacobs owner here. I traded Roethlisberger and 3.07 for Kitna, Droughns, and 2.12.

I have Palmer and Kitna was his best QB. He wanted a more stable situation at QB, expecting Kitna to be replaced in the draft for this year or next. I really like the deal I got even though I expect Jacobs to get 60-70% of the carries.

I will miss Roeth, but may get Russell at 1.07 or Stanton at 2.07 to help my future back up QB situation.

I got BJ in the mid 4th in a 14 teamer, then took RD in the early 11th. The notable name I passed was Leon Washington. There were IDPs involved so that might of allowed RD to last longer.

In a dynasty I wouldn't bother with Droughns. His value is limited as an injury handcuff for this season. Bradshaw is probably the better long term investment.

Who wants to tell this guy? :(
FixoredAlso, I don't believe Bradshaw will be more than a 3rd down/change of pace guy who just cuts into numbers. I would not give the farm (as was asked in early trade talks) for Droughns, but if can afford to do it and have insurance against injury or Droughns winning the job, why not.

What's the story on Ahmad Bradshaw????? What kind of back is he?

You think he'll be around in the 9th pick of the 2nd round in a rookie draft?
