I've searched and haven't seen anything posted as far as percentages by position or tier. The only thing I could find was a reference to a top TE being equal to about 7%-9% of your cap space. Is there some sort of consensus about such %'s for players by position/tier? Can anyone post them if so?

Any auction rankings with $ values can be easily converted to % I honestly don't mean to come off as a smart a** here, but wouldn't %'s just be reinventing the wheel?

I thought he was asking for the common % used for each position, so he can convert money spent at each position regardless of the given cap. I think there are a couple of good articles in the archives, 1 from Dodds perfect auction from 2007 I think. I think there was also a more detailed auction article written in 2006 that covered a lot of it. Also a few freelance articles. I would start there.
