With a different approach than Austria and Germany, the Quebec government has introduced a few initiatives to try to force vaccination. 

First they made showing proof of vaccination mandatory at all liquor and cannabis stores (not sure of the logic but it moved the needle)

Now they are talking about a health surcharge on tax returns for non vaccinated people to help cover the costs associated with their higher probability of needing care. I thought this was an interesting approach.

and then what ?   they can say you didn't take the shot fast enough, it was too long since you got it, you didn't booster fast enough or often enough, your BMI is too high to be effective, etc etc

i loved the idea of the pot shops , iirc covid appointments quadruple when it was announced 
the paying for healthcare concerns me as i may open the door for  2 tier (private healthcare) and i dont want to go down the same road as the US for profit healthcare system

For those that are callous enough to say "so what, those are the rules" to this headline, here's the twist. The parents are from Cypress where they are not forced to get vaccinated but do not have the doctors that can perform a heart surgery such as this. They agreed to be vaccinated once they understood the requirements but now have to wait 6 weeks to be considered "fully vaccinated." Meanwhile the kid may die. Great logic here.

Makes sense. I’m sure there are other people in line for that heart and the hospital only wants to give it to those with the absolute highest chance of success.

I didn’t even know this was a thing. I’m having a hard time coming up with an argument that donors should not be compensated. I’d think we could lower the need for costly treatments like dialysis if we paid donors.

If you were originally vaxxed and your immunity compromised and then unboosted, but then listed as unvaxxed when you got really sick later, that would be Number One Bull####.

Responsible...and creating the virus sound quite different...don't they.  One implies it was intentionally created to cause chaos.

Yes...drastic measures were necessary when a pandemic starts and its a novel virus.  The next one on this earth will also require drastic measures.

No...it very much is global conspiracy.  As the worry about vaccines...the efficacy of things like ivermectin..the whole new world order claims and so on.
