COVID UPDATE: What is the truth? (2 Viewers)

New York Supreme Court reinstates all employees fired for being unvaccinated, orders backpay

The court found Monday that "being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19." New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.

NYC alone fired roughly 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.

Many of those fired were police officers and firefighters.

Biden got his shot today and made a comment about a yearly covid shot being required.... hmmm

Also had the typical debunked talking points.

"Virtually every COVID death in America is preventable," Biden said during an afternoon press conference, standing alongside pharmacy leaders from Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid and Albertsons. "Virtually everyone, almost everyone who will die from COVID this year, will not be up-to-date on their shots."

"If you get it, you’re protected. And if you don’t, you’re putting yourself and other people unnecessarily at risk," Biden said, later adding, "Nearly every death is preventable, so get updated. Get your updated COVID shot. Now’s the time to do it, by Halloween if you can."

For the record, the "Supreme Court" in NY is a trial-level court so this will surely be appealed.

So the ultimate goal is not safety but firing people legally without having to owe them pensions.

I did not make, nor am I currently making, any comments on the merits of the case or the motivation of the parties involved. I just wanted readers to know that the names of the courts in NY are not intuitive and thought I'd help by letting readers know that the Supreme Court in NY is not the highest court in the state, so the ruling isn't necessarily the final word.

Whistlblower in Fresno, CA hospital reporting 29 still births per 1000 in June/July, 2022. Historical U.S. avg is 6 per 1000.

What do you mean, Gene?
