Backup Sleeper QBs (1 Viewer)

Which QB from the bottom of the barrel do you think will have a better year? I tend to have QBs on my teams get injuried during the season and like to think about 4-5 backups to pick up if needed.

Right now I am leaning toward this order:

JT>>Pennington>>>Orton=Ryan

JT

Any QB under Martz system seems to put up big numbers.

Pennington

He looks comfortable in Miami

Orton or Ryan

I consider these the bottom of the barrel but you never know when you need to plug in due to injury. I had 3 QBs get injury in one year.

i've been rolling with JT a my qb3 in most leagues. while the other guys could be serviceable JT is the only one if martz works his magic that could end up in the top-15

We know what we're getting out of Penny and Orton and expecting positive contributions from any rookie QB would be a mistake. Go with the unknowns with upside, Troy Smith and JTO. No, I don't expect them to be any good but they at least could surprise whereas I don't think the others do.
