But if you feel that 78 is the number then over 72 is a no brainer. I could see if you predicted 74 and you thought it was not enough to cover the vig, but you have some wiggle room.

I don't think there is any possible way the Rays don't win at least 75 games this year. 85 isn't that far out there. This is a good team.

Kazmir and Shields are solid pitchers. Garza is an improvement over anyone they had after those 2 last year. I think Jackson is the Wild Card here. If he can pitch near his potential, the Rays will finish over .500

They are not afraid of the big teams in the division and will certainly finish ahead of the Orioles. I'll even make the prediction that they beat out the Jays too (I think Toronto is a bit overrated).
