various Cleveland IndiansHe was on MLB network's Hot Stove on Friday. He does impressions of various batting stances. He even did Mitch Williams pitching to Joe Carter (both pitching and hitting) from the '93 WS. Plus, he mimicked Harold Reynolds' stance

ETA: Here he does various Cleveland Indians including Pedro Cerrano and Willie Mays Hayes. :goodposting:

I'd like to see his Alphonso Soriano stance. Complete with post season, post K, hanging head walk back to the dugout would be a bonus.

There has to be someone with a less marketable skill in America.
can't believe this softball went unresponded to. good example of why some* baseball threads need to be in the FFA.* i still believe a separate baseball forum is a mistake. Combine all fantasy baseball questions into a megathread, and all would be fine with mixing back in with the FFA.

Hrm I gotta say that while impressive overall I was disappointed in one key batting stance regard:

The first guy I thought of with this topic was Johnny Wockenfuss and I was kinda let down by the youtube video bsg did. The key part he missed was the most important IMO. Wockenfuss stood in such a way that his left (front) foot would point directly toward the catcher, pretty much perpendicular to his right foot. The Wockenfuss shown here (shortly after 2:00)

is not the Wockenfuss that I remember. Actually was glad to see that pointed out in the comments on the youtube.-QG

I am starting to enjoy having the Baseball Forum. It is kinda like coming in from the storm that is the FFA and finding a warm fire and nice cup of hot chocolate.

I never thought I would agree, but I do. Its nice over here, altho sometimes the lack of responses to questions is discouraging. I imagine it will get better over time.

My fantasy question got the same amount of responses as a football one would in ACF without a flurry of "wrong forum" stuff so I say  to the baseball forum :) -QG
