Bengals at Browns (1 Viewer)

They said something in passing that Richardson hurt his side. Not sure what that means though.

They just panned the Cleveland sideline and I saw Richardson on the bench talking with someone - didn't seem to be in pain or anything.

Hardesty is in right now but RIchardson is on the sidelines with his helmet on - looks like he is anxious/waiting to get in.

Crap, Hardesty still in the game...

Edit: Ugh, Browns 1st and goal again and TRich on the sidelines...

Oh well. No playoffs this year.

Need a running back. Need linebackers. Need better safeties.

Simple as that.

I'm actually going to give Shurmur props for that series without Richardson.

He actually started using the TEs again on that scoring drive.

Both Jordan Cameron and Ben Watson used with Ben getting the touchdown on a nicely designed play where he cut accross the grain and was wiiiiiiiiiiiide open.

Well, safe to say TRich isn't coming back in after the pick 6 (if he was going to, anyways).... they're probably just gonna try to run the clock out with Hardesty.

Too bad since TRich would've probably had 2 TDs today

It will be interesting if that non-field goal at the end of the first half plays into the final differential.

Or the non fumble a few plays before that
That happens in almost every game of every week, though. I still don't understand the clock at the end of the first half. How does somebody not look at that?ETA: It happened the other direction when "forward progress" stopped a fumble by the Bengals

Any news on the TRich injury?
Following Sunday's Week 6 win over the Bengals, Trent Richardson (flank) said his injury is not serious.Richardson took a helmet to his right side in the third quarter and never returned. He'll undergo further testing to determine if there's any rib damage, including a Monday MRI. It's a good sign that he was allowed to talk to the media afterward and said "I took a shot but I'll be back. I'll be ready for next week." We'll know more on Richardson's status Monday, but owners should add backup Montario Hardesty in the meantime if they can.
