Anyone who would ever think the cars Voltron was better than the lions is an idiot and deserves to be drawn and quartered.

Honorable mention to M.A.S.K. It was probably the best 80's cartoon that no one remembers.

A bit surprised that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles isn't on the list. It would probably win too.

Uhhh, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles down?

Definitely my favorite, although I watched a ton of GI Joe, Ghostbusters, and Transformers as well.

Even though I was an adult (physically) in the 80s, I'd have to say He Man. He definitely was one guy who knew how to hold it together.

G.I. Joe. It was the highlight of the school year when the five part miniseries was on. Nothing greater than the anticipation of racing home from school to watch the next installment.

When I was in middle school school? GI Joe. As I got a little older, I grew to appreciate "Ducktales" oddly enough. It was kind of fun.

1starblazers

2speed racer

3thundar the barbarian

4animanics

Those are the ones I remember as must see tv but I may be in the wrong decade....

There was one called Guardians of the Galaxy or something like that. Had around 5 characters who wore bird like suits. Their plane/spaceship turned into the flaming Fiery Phienix when they jumped into action.

Hard to top thundercats.

G-Force: Guardians of Space

Loved that one.

Agree 100%...but I'll add that now that I'm older, the only show I look back on and wish I saw more of is Scooby Doo...The only show where I got to learn about celebrities before my time via animation. Zoinks.

That's it! Not as good as Thundercats but up there. Ani maniacs is sort of its own class, like Arrested Development.

Battle of the Planets. 1978 - 1985, so it qualifies. It's also a shame it isn't on the list to be voted on. It's certainly in the running.

Seems like BoP became GForce. I'm not sure which one I liked.
