Looking for the best combo the rest of the way, with an emphasis on the playoffs. Thoughts?

Yeah, Chiefs look very good.

If based purely on matchups, Cincy & Miami looks like a decent pairing.

Matching Kc and Indy if I can. Kc has a bye week 10, Den week 11 & 13. Indy has Stl, Tenn and Tenn those weeks.

I think if you can get indy after they play denver and their bye. They have done well. Surprised not more people are talking about them.

I own kc and cinci in two different leagues and am looking to get Indy in a couple weeks to pair with those

In my league, looking at available defenses, a Cle/Mia or Cle/NO matchup looks pretty good going forward.

Tenn doesn't give up many points to Def (avg 8ppg). Exception was last week.

In every league where I have a winning record, I dropped my current defense(s) and grabbed both the Bills/Titans, holding both for rest of the season. They are both doing decent and both play the Jags in the playoffs (week 15/16). If I make the playoffs, boomsauce.

Our defensive scoring is pretty high (20 points for a shutout) and our bench is pretty deep so I'm rostering 3 defenses just for the late season schedule: Houston, Cleveland, and Buffalo.

Week 12: Hou vs Jags

Week 13: Cle vs Jags

Week 14: Hou @ Jags

Week 15: Buf @ Jags

Week 16: Cle vs NYJ

Well Cleveland should be a preemptive pickup somewhere along the line for those 2 late season matchups vs the Jags, though with Henne maybe they score some.

Yes, I was thinking that Vick and Philly are turnover prone, but after looking it up, they've only done that 7 times thusfar. Week 13 would be rough for either KC or Zona.

I honestly think the Chiefs could slow down the Broncos in Denver Week 11. While a win is likely a stretch... it's not out of the question. They have a week to scheme against Manning and I think they could keep it a close game. I predict a lower (than the Broncos current rate) scoring game.

I'll be matching the Titans with the Chiefs because they get the Jags Week 10. I'm going to roll the dice and plug in the Chiefs Week 11. If the Chiefs play well in Week 11, I'm rolling with them the rest of the way... if not I'll be looking for another defense to plug in Week 13. The Browns would be my first choice (clearly... against the Jags), otherwise the Eagles against Cards or the Bills against Falcons. I think the Falcons will be a team that people will start to look to match their D's against... their O Line is terrible, they can't run, and they just lost the best player on their team. Matty Ice will melt.
