Saw this tonight on cbsnews.com/live, which has become one of my favorite sources of news while I'm eating or chilling.

It's a very inspiring story for him and for his trainer who spent a year with him. They've become best buddies.

Chris' trainer says you need to set big dreams and big goals. Chris' goals were to buy a car, marry a blonde (like his mom) and to run a triathlon.
