Best place to buy cell phones? (1 Viewer)

Vendors were giving Costco dollars at their cell phone kiosks last month. About $200 for one of the latest phones per the Verizon rep. Three years ago I got my Samsung at Costco and got a free otterbox, a $150 flatscreen tv, and $50 Costco dollars.

Delicately used
Oof madone.

No disrespect, but the boys on Graham Ave prefer gently used. You know, like a strip club girl.

Delicate and it’s various forms falls into the vernacular Reserved for mothers and wives. In certain circles. All things being the same. And so on and so forth.

Never gone a route like this.  Do you buy the phone at Costco and then take it to your cell provider and activate it, or is it only certain companies and Costco activates them with a rep that's in their store?    I've never looked too hard b/c I thought I saw Verizon on the kiosk and we have US Cellular currently.

This.  I've bought my last few cellphones used from swappa.  I've never had a bad transaction.
I have had a bad transaction from them... but they were all over it and I wound up not losing money on it.  I still think it is a good option.

I gambled on a refurbished Iphone X from ebay.  It was $375 and has worked great for 3-4 months now.  The same refurbished phone from Apple is $600, new its like $900.

Felt like it has been a great deal.  Lots of these sellers on ebay have real return policies.

I'd do it again.
