Best site to host and auction keeper? (1 Viewer)

What is the best site out there for auctions. We do a 2 player keeper. Auction format. $2 minimum bid and a $100 cap. It's kind of a crazy league but it's established on RTsports.com (due to some fbg input back then) for 4 years now. We have a good owner base. But I was reading up on myfantasyleague.com and it appears that they may be the strongest host.

I have some programming background and would probably have a lot of fun with the customization aspects of it. RTSports is pretty vanilla that way. One drawback apparently to MFl is the lack of historical data. This is also a drawback of RTsports as it just stores a simplified archive that may or may not have the proper information in it.

So what do people suggest?

I suggest creating your own webpage and storing the date that you want yourself. That way you can move to ANY service as you see fit. As for services, I have been a very loyal RT guy for the past 5 years or so after a disaster of a couple seasons on CBS. I gotta admit I do like the customization of MFL, but I am a very loyal kinda guy and RT has always been very good for us over the past several years. Their customer support is top notch along with a very knowledgeable and friendly forum community that does not really have the cliques that I have seen on this board or other FF forums.

Interesting. I've never looked into their public forums at all. I could make a site to host my league data. But I want it to be sortable, and filterable and I am not up to that task. If I want to see what the free agency action looked like in week 2 of last season, for instance, I should be able to look that up.

My Fantasy League has been the best we've found. They've got a good mix of "just configure it and leave it" vs. customize it any way you want. Reporting is solid. You can always go back to the previous year's site and pull stats if you need them. I have not checked on multi-year reporting, perhaps they offer it or would. Go to their support site and ask, they are very responsive.

For the auction draft itself, check fantasyauctioneer.com. I hear they even have some way to import the results directly into MFL.....
