We just had a spot open up in my league but a handful of our friends want in. No one wants to make the league larger, so we have to only choose one. Have any of you ever been in this situation before as a league? We want it to be a fun process but want the new person to have earned their way in. We are definitely thinking some sort of competition should be in order.
