We've used cbs for years but they lock in their lines Tuesday and it's easy to take advantage of line movements come Sunday.   We assign confidence points to games also.  I have about 25 to 30 people, open to anything that is low cost, easy to use

I’ve played on them but never hosted, I think they offer quite a bit of customizing 

i know the betting pool I played in had dynamic lines

officepooljunkie.com  works really well and is free.  They ask for donations.  I run an eliminator pool (about 375 people) on it and a buddy does a weekly confidence rating pickem pool on it for about 15 people.  Seems to work really well.  We have each been using it for about 5 years
