Bill "Family Values" O'Reilly loses custody of kids (1 Viewer)

So if he is an abuser as you say, why didn't the court terminate his rights completely?
I am going make the assumption that you haven't had a lot of experience with this issue, particularly when you factor in family courts. There are a lot of scenarios where one of the spouses are abusive but it never comes to light in courts. The most common reason is shame. I will leave it at that. But trust me your position is very naive.

Seriously, I never knew nor cared until now about Bill's personal life. Wowzers, what a piece of work.

Thanks Skoo
Well, to be fair this would have been far more impactful if his wife was granted sole legal decision making and O'Reilly was ordered to supervised visits only.

While the allegations by his wife and the findings of fact by the court sound pretty bad, this outcome isn't that "crazy" and there are plenty of "good fathers" out there with this arrangement.

After going through a nasty divorce myself, I don't believe anything reported in the media about one.  So much #### gets made up out of thin air during the he said / she said.  May as well flip a coin whether the allegations against him are completely true or false.

Plus, I don't need this to know O'Reilly is an ###.
