Bills Running Game Week 14 (1 Viewer)

Buffalo — This may sound incredulous, but Fred Jackson is one of the best running back plays of the week. Jackson abused the Redskins for 151 yards from scrimmage last week, and now goes against the abysmal Dolphins defense. Marshawn Lynch (ankle) is a long shot to play much and Anthony Thomas has been placed on injured reserve, so Jackson will be getting the vast majority of RB reps. Making him an even better play is that as of Wednesday, six of Miami’s seven defensive front seven starters were inactive during practice because of injuries. … It’s hard to justify playing WR Lee Evans this week. He hasn’t exceeded 65 yards or scored a touchdown in the past four games, and now has the unenviable task of going against CB Will Allen, who’s quietly having one of the better CB seasons in the league. … You could do far worse than the Bills' defense. Other than at the DE position, it is pretty healthy, and Miami hasn’t showed the ability to score on anybody since QB John Beck was inserted into the lineup.

Lynch was limited in practice Thursday, but took the majority of first-team reps. "He looked good," Jauron said. "He tolerated yesterday's practice pretty well." Lynch could lose a good amount of action to Fred Jackson, but in a favorable matchup, would be a solid RB2/flex play. Lynch would likely get the goal-line carries with Jackson getting some passing-game work. Dec. 6 - 2:06 pm et

I really hope Lynch doesn't play. I'd just like to see him activated on the sidelines, in case we need him. Jackson looked like he could do well and Miami D is weaker than the Redskins. No point in further worsening the injury and it would be wise to let him rest. The rookie wall might not sync in if he is rested and would be nice to have him at 100% in week 15.

Jackson owners are funny. Lets all face it........it appears as though Lynch is going to play. Will he get 25 carries? No, most likely not. But, he'll get the majority of the work which will make Jackson about as valuable as a warm cup of piss.

FYI I'm not a Jackson owner, I'm a Bills fan.

The only reason they beat Miami the first time around was because of Lynch. If I was a Bills fan I would want him in there if he could play since they have to run the tables to make it into the playoffs.

 Everyone acts like we crushed them last game. It was Lynch that helped win the game. I don't care that they're 0-12, it's a Rivalry game. Any smart Bills fan wants Lynch playing.
