Bills win vs. Bears in Week 5 (1 Viewer)

Jesse - sack up and show your face in here. You have to admit this looks pretty darn funny now.

Now - if you'd come in hyping the Titans beating the Colts (which admittedly looked probably even less likely) - you wouldn't have been right, but you'd have looked pretty good for even dreaming it up.

Yup, lame, very lame.He needs to man up and admit he was wrong. So should the other bills fans, they talked a good game before, but they all have dissappeared now. Well, I think Grove gave some props to the Bears D somewhere, but that's about it.

Wow, it thought it was only Packers fans that did that. Guess I was wrong. :D

The per centage of times these "lock" or "mark it down" predictions come true seems to be only about 10% of the time.

Maybe my memory is shot.

The fans calling into the Buffalo radio station, of the WINER LINE, all are saying "Losman you suck, get out of town, bench him"

I always thought the Buffalo fan base was fairly intellegent. But I am starting to doubt that.

Losman had a bad day accumulated with the Bears just being a MONSTER of a team, especially on defense.

Losman did what no other QB has done this year and thats throw a TD pass against the Bears, or maybe there was one other.

JP will be fine, it was one game... Buffalo, young inexperienced, good team Vs. Bears veteran, experienced, disciplined, and the best team in the NFL right now... Yeah wonder who is goign to win.

Bills did have a chance in this game... but then they kicked off.

I know its a pipedream, but this is the year I want to see the Bears run the table. They'd have to beat Miami along the way, which would help avenge the only loss of the '85 season. Then, the Super Bowl is Miami. No better chance of shoving it right in the '72 Dolphins face than doing it on their home turf. You know damn well that all of those smug, arrogant, SOBs will be sitting there with their bottles of champange hoping the Bears lose Super Bowl XLI. And when it all over and done, and The Beloved are raising the Lombardi Thophy at midfield, the only thing those bottles of champange will be good for is drowning their sorrows in them.GO BEARSBEARS 41BILLS 6
Nice call on the score

were it not for the late TD to Evans after a gift fumble by Benson, this would have been the worst road loss in Bills team history.

great call by Jesse.

btw, the Bills should get a chance to rebound next week against the 0-5 Lions. 3-3 wouldn't be too bad for this squad.

Bears schedule is ridiculously easy. If they don't get the #1 seed in the NFC, I'll be very surprised.

Yup, definitely easy when they play teams like the Bills.
 the Bills played 4 good games to start off the year and put up a stinker yesterday. it happens.

look at the Bears schedule though:

@ Green Bay (1-4)

Detroit (0-5)

@ Minnesota (3-2)

Seattle (3-1)

Buffalo (2-3)

@ Arizona (1-4)

BYE

San Francisco (2-3)

Miami (1-4)

@ NY Giants (2-2)

@ NY Jets (2-3)

@ New England (4-1)

Minnesota (3-2)

@ St Louis (4-1)

Tampa Bay (0-4)

@ Detroit (0-5)

Green Bay (1-4)

games in bold are the only ones that look like they could give the Bears problems. They already stomped the Seahawks. 14-2 is definitely a possibility for this team if they keep playing this well.

I said this before, how come teams seem to have their worst game of the year when they play the Bears???? Coincidence?? I think not. ! :)

Because the Bears are the best team in the NFL right now. I believed that before yesterday's game and I still do.But, how come the Bears played their worst game of the season on the road at Minnesota?I'm interested to see how they do in road games at the Giants, Patriots, and Rams. The Bills made a ton of mistakes yesterday that they haven't normally been making. Losman had 1 INT in 4 games before yesterday, but made some terrible throws and missed an open Evans for a TD on the first drive. McGahee ran scared. The defense missed more tackles than I care to remember. The only concern for Bears fans right now should be that this team might be peaking too early. But, if they keep playing like this, they'll be tough to beat at home in January.

But, how come the Bears played their worst game of the season on the road at Minnesota?
Because the Vikes are Tough at home and have a great home field advantage with the crowd noise. Chicago made many mistakes, but still found a way to win. I think that is major, to play poorly, but still find a way to win. The Bears earned that win by forcing the turnover, then scoring the TD. Many teams would have folded, but they fought back and won. The other road game Chicago played, they dominated and held Favre scoreless for the first time in his career. I hope the Bears don't peak at all, just keep building momentum.Botton line is, there is alot of football left and anything can happen, but as a fan, I don't think you could ask for anything more from your team than what the Bears have done. The East coast 3 game road trip should tell allot about this teams character.

I was wrong, bears have a great chance to go all the way. Sorry took so long to respond. And yes, I would have been here at 4pm after the game if the Bills had won, But they didn't, they stunk and got rocked by a very solid team.

Way to man up. As a Bears fan, I know too well what it's like to be on the other side of this equation. The Bills will make some noise this year in competing for the playoffs, but ultimately have a couple nice young players and pretty solid D to build around. Good luck to the Bills and Jauron - he's a class guy (fake punts aside!).

You came back, saw the thread and waited a full week to say anything? :bs: There should be a Hall of Shame here for such boneless hobsnobbering. Where was the bold prediction of a win against that unstoppable Lions team?
