I'll never understand the logic of going for 2 when you score a TD down 15. Kick the extra point, make it a score game, and kick off.

Now the onside kick is almost a must.

the thought process is that if you miss you know sooner you need two more possessions instead of just one. And I agree with a bit more time on the clock, but at 3 minutes you aren't getting two anyway

Yeah I disagree with the call with only 3 minutes left. With 7 minutes it’s the right call I think. But I think analytics was the reason he went for it.

I've thought similarly for years. There's not a more difficult player to cover in the NFL, when he's covered, he's still open. Like Terrell Owens, if Owens had been stuck on run heavy teams with elite defenses for 90% of his career.
