I've never had anyone try to collude through waivers in my leagues but we're increasing the stakes and I don't want to take chances.
I see how a team out of contention could collude with the team that has the #1 position in a traditional waiver system. My concern is this. Couldn't a team out of contention collude with the team that has the most Free Agent $ remaining? I know the WCOFF uses this system so I'm sure I'm missing something here.
