It's a decent alternative to those with multiple children who can't make it to the gym every day. I'm going to use it along my current Insanity workout and see how it goes. I can ignore the cheese. Have enough weight at home to give this a shot.
Update? I was looking around for something that wasn't mostly about losing weight since I have the "problem" of not being able to add weight and wanted something that I could (eventually) follow without having to watch the workouts, and I came across this.
It's a good program. There's no reason at all to use the videos. The routines are super easy to follow and you can mix them up to suit your particular needs quite well.
I enjoyed using it. If you have a decent amount of weights at home, it's a good workout. I've transitioned back to the gym now and use a lot more compound movements. Kids are a couple years older now.
