Brady and Moss (1 Viewer)

I'm now 4-2, scored the highest weekly total of the year, and am also now #1 in total points.I think this strategy was right on....especially for anyone drafting late in the first. The RBs drafted in that area are either mediocre or hurt. And the RBs we discussed in the 3-5 rounds like RBrown and RRice have been consistent studs.Things can change...but if you are rolling out Brady-RBRown/RRice/TJones/Benson-RMoss/whoever every week...you are going to be hard to beat.
C'mon while I agree with your premise, how many people drafted all those though.. if you drafted 2 of the other 4 you're probably still sitting pretty.
I tried this approach and finally saw the resultsnon ppr league...1. Moss2. Brady3. Ronnie4. Rice5. Ocho

I have the exact same five guys in a non-ppr. Also have Barber thrown into the mix on that team somehow. Results still up for debate. The team leads the league in points scored, but its record is only 2-3-1. That squad has had some bad luck around high-scoring competition, but has also put up a stinker or two.

8-2 and i went moss/brady with both to be the first off the board in their positions. Sad because they really are the only two studs on my team.

I went Moss in the 1st and P Manning in the 2nd. Similar results - doing well so far. The only back I passed on that I wished I would have taken at #7 was Chris Johnson.

Well, it's been a rollercoaster of a season for this strategy. Some of the weeks like last week against the saints I lost because of this strategy and raged at the fact that I passed on Chris Johnson for Brady. However, all things considered, I did pretty well this year despite my failed RB picks in Ronnie Brown, Kevin Smith, Marshawn Lynch, Knowshon Moreno, Beanie Wells, and Lesean McCoy. Barring a 60 point game from GB DST, I will end up first in points, first overall with record of 10-3, and secure the bye for week 14. We'll see if that bad weather scenario will hurt Brady and Moss in the playoffs but they've already won me my money back so I guess I can't complain even if it doesn't pan out.

Yeah, it's too bad I think it's too little too late for a lot of Brady Moss Owners. I missed the first week of bad performances because I had a bye but the guy I played against last week went off while my team got 2nd highest points that week otherwise I'd most likely have won first today.
