You're talking about the top ranked quarterback, so it's a good guess at this time of the season in terms of fantasy football, if there was something newsworthy on this guy, it would be already on these boards.

Also, read between the lines of what the organization is doing. Backup QB Matt Cassel has been playing rather poorly in pre-season, yet there is absolutely no news of the Pats looking at other QBs or bringing anybody into camp. They seem content to have Cassel as the backup. And backup is the key word here. If the Pats knew now that they might need to have Cassel play for a few weeks at the beginning of the season, I'm certain they'd have started exploring other options by now.
Bottomline, Brady is fine.

Brady is 100%. Nothing is wrong with his foot. They just have no reason to play him and risk injury.

I live in Mass, and I haven't heard or read anything anywhere that would suggest that he won't suit up and go as usual.
I still plan to take him 1.05 in my redraft this weekend.
