The rise of Lloyd is different IMO than the rise of Britt or even to a lesser degree, a Steve Johnson. The latter two are younger guys, who have been given an opportunity and are running with it. Lloyd is a guy who is putting up great numbers, but he has failed so many times (I believe this is team #4), that a certain stigma surrounds him. Where I am going with this is that you may as well keep him, because I am not sure what you would get in return. Do you think someone would trade you Roddy White or Andre Johnson (talking redraft here) for Lloyd? Not really. In my PPR, Lloyd is #2, behind White and ahead of Nicks, Calvin and TO...besides maybe TO (and that is only due to his age and playing on the Bengals), I can't see how anyone would give you good value back. Maybe you could get a Jennings, Maclin or Austin-type in an even trade, but (1) at the momement, YOU are the one giving away the more productive player and (2) I still think there would be some owners (of those mentioned) that would not do the deal just based on name value alone (waiting for the shoe to drop, so to speak).
