Not sure how long he's out, but isn't Stokley hurt?
Plus, he wasn't nearly as much in the gameplan as he was during his big year in 2004. Of course, if the running game stalls this year, that could very well change.
(KFFL) Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports Indianapolis Colts WR Brandon Stokley (ankle) is expected to return for the Colts' Sunday night regular-season opener, Sept. 10, against the New York Giants.
I picked him up in the 23rd round of a dynasty league this year. I'm not expecting much of anything this season but am hoping that 2 years down the road he can claim that #2 spot and get closer to the 2004 form which I think will be the best season we'll ever see from him by about 150 yards and 2 td's.

Instead of focusing Stokely, I'd think about Dallas Clark or Ben Utecht.
Watching the Colts this preseason it seems like they aim for Utecht (yes even Colts homers still say who the hell is he?) quite a bit in the end zone.
I don't think Stokely has played very much or at all during the pre-season and unless your league is very deep, I'd look at other team #2 WR's before trying to get Stokely.
Also not that this has a huge impact, but John Standford, had a huge game for the Colts in the last preseason game. He had something like 9 catches for over 90 yards....
