I've read that it was reverse auto tuned. A comment from another source online:

This is really sad. Sad because too few people can actually recognize auto-tune. This song was auto-tuned flat. It's a total fake. Anyone with decent experience in audio engineering would be able to notice.

Either way, I never believe the internet when it says 'this is real' because there's just no way of knowing for sure.

Pretty obvious. It's not hard to find clips of Britney singing acapella. She can sing. She's not Whitney or Mariah or Aretha, but she's a legit professional singer who can sing on key.

Ok but the writer himself (in the above link) says it was a track from a warm-up.

I don't know if that means it was "reverse autotuned" of a warm-up or just a warm-up, he makes it sound like the latter.
