I noticed Pool had 6 solo tackles in week 5. Sean Jones was in the game too. I couldnt watch it. Anyone know if Pool is a starter now, and where is he playing? Ive always liked this guys upisde and I'm now wondering if he's ready to produce.

i belive he played CB against CAR...

CBs are decimated... top 3 to start year are out (mccutcheon IR, baxter out & bodden was listed as Q i think & late scratch)... he does have very good coverage skills & seemed to play well, but this may be a temporary situation & doesn't mean he is any closer to seizing starting safety job... i still like sean jones best, brian russell still in mix & if/when he returns to safety soon, he will still be in a rotation, until russell drops out of picture...

Ahh thanks for the info. I hope he sticks.

i watched the game and i'm pretty sure that pool and jones started at safety.

edit to add: gamebook has pool at fs and jones at ss.

In the playing time he's gotten he's certainly put up good stats but that's not always the only sign of a good player. Does anyone think he'll be a starter next season when everyone is healthy?
