I would not.  Brown is possibly the most reliable fantasy asset, and less likely to get injured compared to Bell.  If you could get deangleo as well that would mitigate a little of that, but I still wouldnt make that trade.  your upgrade at RB is not worth the WR downgrade that is essentially Brown to Floyd.

You can't afford to drop a WR unless there's more to your team than what you list - Floyd is your only bench WR and he is useless.

Riddick is out so you need to pick up somebody - consider Forsett if he is available (or whomever - don't know what your waiver wire looks like).
