BTTF 2018: MLB123746 (2 Viewers)

No one has ever said this before, nor will ever say again about Ketel Marte. You should send this to his mom.
I like Marte as a post-hype sleeper and protected him in SB accordingly.

He's the most talented of Arizona's glut of meh MI and should get regular playing time once they figure that out.  He's not a huge power/speed threat but 15/15 seems achievable which would make him rosterable in all fantasy formats.

Thank you. And In This Formet in the 10th round at SS, a guy with 15/15, .340 upside,  IS a nice power/speed combo. :)

And in a few rounds, that nice .340 upside will be the power / SLG component.

A few after that, it's OPS.

But that's ok. I'm sure everyone has their middle infield set by now.

After a quick perusal, only between 15-20 MI's needed to be chosen. AS STARTERS.

Catcher on the other hand? I think there are about 15 more "starters" to be chosen there, as well.

Was eyeing this guy last go around - while he's likely not back until May, that still gives a shot at450- 500 PAs.  Much like Beltre, I'd settle for 400 PAs if he's healthy and producing expected numbers... he's been the last legit #3 type hitter (power, which for me is HRs and Doubles, and OBP) that can play the OF decently, for a while now.

You wusses chasing crappy innings - we hit the Larry Plateau about 3 rounds ago. :coffee:

This is a welcome surprise (that will likely bite me in the butt, but hey, looks good now!). Was strongly considering this guy last pick as well...

Matt Shoemaker, SP

He should be completely over the minor arm injury, and hopefully won't get knocked in the head again.  Probably the most upside of guys who have a solid space in the top 3 of a rotation, but with his history, even a decently healthy year will likely top out around 150 or so innings.  Which I'll take over a better chance to get those innings with crappier results, or someone that could make a splash, or end up with 27 IP on the year.

I started Shoemaker for the final 11 games of the 2017 sim as I rested my staff for the playoffs.  He may never recover from throwing 400+ pitches on four consecutive days.
