X is still permaskip

40.22 Jose Alvarez, RP Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim California United States North America Western Hemisphere Earth Milky Way

Hopefully 1.83 HR/9 was an aberration.  Still youngish, had weird awesome splits against lefties, not that the sim would notice (would ootp?).
Don't know about OOTP. And yeah, forgot about that - the other numbers were ok.... so keep him in pitcher parks and against ####ty offenses.  Which, last year, was not so easy. Especially since I inherited freakin Yankee rocket launcher Park

Kennys Vargas 1B Twins

OOTP wouldn't factor split stats unless it was reflected in the player ratings. Pitchers and hitters both have ratings against Left and Right handed counterparts.

The WIS sim engine gives a generic advantage to the opposite hand batter so even if a player had an reverse platoon split IRL (which are generally statistical anomalies), it would probably go the other way in the sim.

40.24 - Tony Barnette - RP

Locking down the last spot in the Texas bullpen, early reports are saying.

41.01 - Drew Stubbs - OF

Just going full Homer now. Should compete for the fourth OF spot in Texas.

Sitting at 20/20, with only 6 starters who will be in the rotation on opening day.

I don't really want to go back through the whole draft, who are your 12 starters Koya?

Don't worry, he's only got 3 real ones.
TRE is not that far off. Although Bartolo and Young are all but guaranteed 140-160 innings of mixed starting and relief if they don't croak before years end. That said, when we were into the Joe Ross and Bassitts of the world earlier than I'd like to see, and the tiers after them respectively, I did dabble in (WIS not real life) closers sooner than I really ever have.  We will see how that works out.  I made up for it by taking a whole tone of maybes with some upside?  Championship?
